MdPlex is operated by AP Resourcing Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to AP Resourcing Ltd, and "you" refers to you, the user.

By creating an account or using MdPlex (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
MdPlex offers a Free tier and a paid Builder plan. The Builder plan is available on a monthly ($9/month) or annual ($79/year) subscription basis. Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.
We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes won't apply until your next billing cycle.
Payments are processed by Creem, our third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you also agree to Creem's terms of service. We do not store your full payment card details — Creem handles that securely.
You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Because you can try MdPlex for free before upgrading, we do not offer refunds on monthly charges. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact us within 7 days and we'll assess a refund on a case-by-case basis.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't made substantial use of the paid features. After 14 days, you may cancel at any time but no pro-rata refund will be issued — your access continues until the end of the annual period.
Access to the MdPlex REST API and MCP server is subject to the rate limits of your plan (Free: 10 requests/hour; Builder: 500 requests/hour). You agree to:
We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate API access if we detect abuse or behaviour that degrades the Service for other users. We may introduce or adjust rate limits with reasonable notice.
You retain ownership of everything you create on MdPlex. We don't claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We only access your content to provide and improve the Service, and as required by law.
You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and serve your content as needed to operate the Service.
You agree not to use MdPlex to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
We work hard to keep MdPlex available and reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage or uninterrupted access.
We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by maintenance, infrastructure failures, third-party providers, or events beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AP Resourcing Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
You can close your account at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
